Got some more Lily goodness to share with y’all.
The background on video #1: As per our usual, we were sans camera when I made our Lily Girl laugh like a mad woman. How the story normally goes is that one of us parents will do/say something that the girl finds high-larious and therefore we are required by parenting law to do it over and over and over and over and over and over yet again in order to receive the bounty that is our baby’s laugh. This time it was me making fun of John (I do this quite a bit, he’s an amazingly easy target. Nice, no. Delightfully enjoyable, yes) and his new swimming begoggled breathing technique (you’ll understand once you see my flailing about in the video), well the wee babe thought this was oh so funny and after she laughed for almost a good two minutes we remarked “we should film this.” As in most cases the “let’s try this again” version isn’t as monumental as the original, but this is pretty damn cute. Fair warning: naked baby contained herein.
These were filmed today. The first one has my Annoying Mom Voice (Why? I don’t know.), but they are both adorable because they star Lily.
One thing to note: there won’t be any new videos or pictures for a while. Lily decide to drop the camera in the toilet. As our good friend Unkey Ry-Ry asked “why was the baby playing with an expensive piece of electronics?” My fault, as was the raised toilet seat (the thing I verbally beat into John’s brain because the baby could drown in it!) So yeah, we’re down a camera. We’ll buy a new one, of course, with money we don’t spend on the dog, because, yeah, we don’t have a dog anymore. Long story short, he’s going to be some other person’s problem. It’s best for all parties involved. We’ll just leave it at that.

Unkey Ry-Ry obviously doesn’t have children
