I haven’t really “blog” blogged since starting up again. In all honesty there really isn’t anything interesting enough to write about going on. John goes to work, Lily and I hang out and do our day, sometimes that includes playgroups, Kindermusik, or runs to Target. See, not worth wasting energy to document, but if anybody cares I had a bad case of food poisoning last night (which is weird because John ate the same thing I did and no, I’m not pregnant), Lily is cutting tooth #11 and it’s a molar (those suck so much more than regular teeth, which I didn’t know was possible), and there is like 30 feet of snow in our yard. Ok, maybe not 30, more like 29. Does everyone know I hate living in the Midwest with the passion of a 1000 suns? Well, now you do.
So what’s with the post title? It seems our beloved camera, the one Lily thought needed to take a plunge in the toilet, isn’t as dead as we thought it was. This is good and bad, good because I love this camera and we didn’t really have the funds to lay down for a new one, bad because I found an Olympus I think I could love just a little bit more and didn’t care that we don’t have the money for it. Here are some shots of our not dead camera. Enjoy.
This is our driveway after being partially shoveled out. It’s still snowing, but we had to start sometime.
Lily’s been making this new face where she scrunches up her nose and sort of gives a snort. It’s pretty darn cute.
Such pretty blue eyes.
UPDATE (5:20PM CST): It’s snowing again. I’m thrilled.

LOL, her new expression is too funny.
I think everyone has had it with this winter! The amount of snow we’ve been getting is unbelieveable.
Glad your camera is OK, though I understand your disappointment.
Shoveling is the pits. Hire a snowblower-owning neighbor! Men love a reason to use their toys.
Stay warm this weekend!
